Positive psychology is an official branch of psychology, but it is not about being positive all the time as the words might suggest. Rather it studies the behaviours, characteristics and habits of happier and more resilient people. It is the scientific study of what makes life worth living.

I studied positive psychology during my first yoga teacher training and there are a few fundamental practices that contribute to the science of happiness that I share in this 2 hour virtual workshop. These ongoing practices really helped me improve the quality of my life in a short period of time, so I’m hoping they can help you too.

Expect a 60 minutes e-learning lecture, and a 60 minute positive psychology themed movement practice!
